Qualified Greater Orlando and Kissimmee projects can add purchasing coordination and setup management. Custom implementation engagements start at $2,500, with final pricing based on property size, furniture budget and scope.

No. We provide design, sourcing and clearly scoped implementation guidance. Actual performance depends on factors including location, pricing, property management, seasonality, reviews and listing quality.

Is furniture included in the planning fee?

No. Your plan recommends selections based on the agreed budget. Purchases and third-party services are paid separately.

Where is the service available?

Planning can be completed remotely. Implementation support is quoted separately for eligible properties in Kissimmee and Greater Orlando.
